Your data is processed under KVKK arts. 5 and 6 based on performance of the contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent.
4. Transfers and Cross-Border Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to sub-processor service providers (hosting, e-mail, messaging, AI, error monitoring) and to authorised public authorities for the purpose of providing the service.
Message content you send to our AI-powered chat channels (WhatsApp, Instagram) may be transferred to an AI service provider located abroad (OpenAI, USA) in order to generate responses. Cross-border transfers are made under appropriate safeguards and/or explicit consent within the framework of KVKK art. 9.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through automated and partly automated means via registration forms, your use of the Platform, messaging channels and cookies.
