These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations between agency and tenant users ("User") of the Zencron platform and [Company Legal Name] (the "Company"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms concern the use of the Zencron platform offered by the Company and are concluded between the User and the Company.
2. Description of Service
Zencron is a multi-tenant platform offering modular CRM and AI automation tools, operating on a subscription and credit (Zencredi) model. Modules can be independently enabled or disabled.
3. Account and Security
The User is responsible for the security of account information and seat-based user access. The User is responsible for actions carried out under the account.
4. Acceptable Use
When processing its own customer data, the User is personally responsible for its own disclosure/consent obligations and İYS (Message Management System) approvals. Producing unlawful content and sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages are prohibited.
5. Pricing, Billing and Cancellation
Subscription fees, renewal and cancellation terms apply according to [pricing/pre-information] principles. Fees and credit usage are subject to the relevant plan terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, software and content belong to the Company or its licensors. The User has only a right of use.
7. Limitation of Liability and Service Level
The service is provided "as is". The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Service level and downtime terms may be defined in a [SLA] document.
8. Data Protection
The Data Processing Agreement (DPA), an integral annex to these Terms, governs the processing conditions for tenants' end-customer data.
9. Effectiveness, Amendment and Governing Law
The Company may update these Terms; significant changes are communicated through appropriate channels. These Terms are governed by Turkish law, and [competent courts/execution offices] have jurisdiction over disputes.
